If you are a current Community Coordinator, this page will help you file the CSIET required paperwork on-line.  We prefer you to use the on-line system.  PDF forms are available here for your use in preparing to complete forms in the online system.

Monthly Report     This link will take you to our  Global Online System.  Simply log in and access your student accounts and click on "Postcards"

Below are some of the regular forms that you may need to use as a Community Coordinator until we get our application and placement process complete web-based.  These are all in PDF format and can be downloaded and printed out for your use.

Criminal Background Check Form:  All host family members aged 18 and up must complete this form so that we can do the required background check.  All community coordinators and regional directors must also complete this form.

Placement Procedure You can print out this handy guide that outlines for you the proper procedure to finalize a student placement in a host family.

Host Family Interview Topics: Here is a list of topics you should be sure to cover during your in-home interview.  There is a space at the bottom for you to make notes to assist you in completing the on-line Host Family Confidential Notes Evaluation.

Confidential Host Family Evaluation Form:  You can print this out to take along on your in-home interview. Please log onto the online system and complete the form online.  You can print out a completed copy from there for your records.

Host Family Reference Check Form:  Once the family has completed their on-line application, you can use the online system to fill in the information gathered by calling the references.  The system will automatically fill in the name and phone numbers of the referents. You can print this form out to use as you make the calls and then fill in the forms using the online system.

Host Family Agreement  Once a host family has agreed to host a student and you have made the on-line placement, the online system will automatically fill out a Host Family Agreement form which you can print out from the online system for the family to sign.

Pre-Arrival Attendance Sheet:  Before students arrive, you need to hold a meeting for the host families to help prepare them for the coming experience of hosting an exchange student.  Have each person who attends this meeting sign this attendance sheet and then submit the original to your regional director.

Pre Arrival Orientation Activities:  This is a short version of the topics you will need to cover in your pre-arrival orientation for host families.

Post-Arrival Attendance Sheet About 2 weeks after the exchange students arrive, you should have a get-together for all family members and the exchange students to talk about the year to come.  Have each person who attends this meeting sign this attendance sheet and submit the original to your regional director.

Post Arrival Meeting Activities This is a brief outline of how to organize the post-arrival meeting, along with topics to cover.

Post Arrival Meeting: Complete Guide This is a complete, detailed guide containing all of the topics you should be prepared to cover with students, host families and siblings at the required Post Arrival Family Meeting, held 3-4 weeks after students arrive.

Student Rules This is a copy of the program rules that all students and their parents agree to abide by during their exchange year stay.  A copy of these rules is in your Community Coordinator Handbook, the Student Handbook and the Host Family Handbook, all of which you should have on your informational CD ROM.
